I decided to try out a strange diet I seen on tik tok!! The tik toker is @ whitemexicangal go check out her videos! She’s been losing a lot a weight from this drink and she updates her progress every week. I wasn’t sure if the drink actually helped with weight loss so I wanted to try it out to see what happened! My results are at the end of the video 🙂

How to drink it!:
2 1/2 cups of water, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, half a lemon
Drink half in the morning before you eat and the other half 30 minutes before bed

WAIT?? I just checked her tik tok account and the recipe has changed?? AM I LOSING IT??
now it’s:
1 cup of water, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 a lemon ? So for every cup of water it’s 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and 1/2 lemon? Her previous videos were different so I’m not sure what’s right anymore 😂
